
Anthony Davis is a British broadcaster, journalist and voiceover artist, working remotely from his home studio with networks worldwide.
In the UK he hosted Drivetime on the Smooth FM network to a national audience of 6 million listeners. For almost a decade prior, his nightly news talk programme on LBC radio was the most popular late show in London.
Anthony is also an established voiceover artist and voice actor, heard on advertising campaigns, documentaries and announcing live television events for the BBC, including The Royal Variety Performance, Comic Relief and the Commonwealth Games.
In August 2020 Anthony’s voice was selected as the announcer in the 2021 Emmy award winning Nike ‘You Can’t Stop Us’ commercial, racking up over 50 million views on YouTube in just three days and winning the coveted Film Grand Prix in Cannes for best commercial. In August 2024 he voiced Apple’s short film entitled The Relay. The film showcased adaptive athletes with various disabilities in competition.
Presently, Anthony hosts Five Minute News – for which he won a 2021 Communicator Award from The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts in New York, a VEGA award for Best Host, a 2022 Gold MUSE award and a 2023 Telly Award for his work with MeidasTouch on The Weekend Show. In April 2024 he won an honorary Webby Award in the news and politics category.
